Diocesan Council 2024 will open at St. Mark's RE Church in Rydal, PA, on Thursday, November 7 at 10AM. Our Opening Communion will include the institution of Bishop Bill Jenkins as Bishop Ordinary, presided over by Bishop Ray Sutton of the Diocese of Mid-America and assisted by Bishop Willie Hill of the Diocese of the Southeast. After opening remarks, Council will adjourn to St. Paul's RE Church in Oreland, PA, for lunch and afternoon meetings.
Thursday lunch, afternoon business sessions, and a tour of the new facilities for Reformed Episcopal Seminary will all take place at St. Paul's in the afternoon, followed by evening recess for individual dinners. Council will reassemble at St. Paul's on Friday morning for Matins, followed by a teaching session and another business session before concluding in the early afternoon.
