The 141st diocesan Council will be held in person on November 4-5, 2021. The opening service of Holy Communion will be hosted by St. Stephen’s Church, 2275 Liberty Rd., Eldersburg, MD 21784. The host hotel and meeting place is the Turf Valley Resort, 2700 Turf Valley Rd., Ellicott City, MD 21042.
